Our rooms are in a traditional 3-levels building with an independent entrance, it's perfect also for a group of friends. You have common areas are at your disposal: you can read,rest or take a drink in relax: covered terrace, sitting room,mini-bar, board games &library in several languages. For those who book the whole house, the fully equipped kitchen is also available. Rooms have private bathroom with shower & Smart TV (only Netflix): -Room 1: has a canopy bed (140cm wide) -Room 2: has high roof -Room 3: colored & with balcony -Room 4: attic with sloping and windows roofs (not recommended for tall people), private bathroom is in a lower level (10 steps) Useful information: -The house is located in a restricted traffic area; you can arrive by car in front of the house at opening hours or if you park in a private garage (taxis are authorized) - Breakfast is included: in a partner bar on Santa Croce square - The refresh of rooms is scheduled every 2 nights of stay - We don't have reception available 24hours: Check-In is organized with a personal code before your arrival - There is no elevator in the structure

We are located in a lively and historic quarter, inhabited by locals and conveniently walkable to the city's most popular sites. The property is on a quiet street few steps from the splendid church of Santa Croce, with its museum and famous piazza that hosts the annual Calcio Storico. Florentines love the neighborhood's buzzing restaurants and street food stops, artisan workshops, and lively Sant'Ambrogio Market. In 5 to 10 minutes, you can easily walk to most popular attractions: Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia, the Cathedral, and Ponte Vecchio. Panoramic sites like Forte Belvedere, Piazzale Michelangelo and the Boboli Gardens are only 15 to 20 minutes away on foot.
