Tucked away on the south side of Giudecca, Observation almost feels like it’s in another city (if it weren’t for the huge lagoon, that is). Tourists rarely make it here, despite the ease of crossing over to San Marco on a vaporetto. The living room and kitchen of the flat are fairly simple, fairly standard, but where it comes into its own is the rooftop terrace – 360º views across the city, and out over the water, as well as the furniture up there to make it perfect for a morning espresso (or an evening spritz).

About Giudecca
