Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Why have one charming apartment when you can have two? This home is actually made up of twin flats, so it makes an excellent choice for two couples or small families holidaying together. There are plenty of colourful details inside, from the huge prints on the walls right down to the tiny geisha bookends. The parquet flooring and glass dining tables make this the perfect spot for enjoying some home-cooked Italian cuisine, but if you'd rather go out then there are plenty of spots to choose from. Your host, Claudia, has some great tips on local restaurants, which are invaluable in a city known for having its fair share of tourist traps. Rome's most iconic sights are within walking distance – a twenty-minute stroll will take you to the Colosseum – and, if you need to go further, the Termini railway station is just around the corner from your front door.

This is a convenient location, if not a particularly beautiful one, and your neighbours will be mostly fellow visitors to Italy looking for somewhere with excellent local...
