Another big draw is the Santo da Serra Golf Club near the town centre, where golf enthusiasts can practice their swing immersed in the peaceful tranquillity of nature.

The main attractions in Ribeira Brava include a small fort that once defended the coast, a lighthouse that offers mesmerising views over the coastline, and the Ethnographic Museum of Madeira with a collection of objects covering various aspects of the island’s social, economic and cultural life.
